Our food combines an ingredient-led menu of pub classics with simple seasonal specials and wood-fired pizzas in the garden in the warmer months. We source produce from local suppliers and growers, and fruit and vegetables come from our sister farm, Daylesford Organic. Everything is cooked fresh to order every day.
Nestled in the Windrush valley, Asthall village is rich in history. From the early eighteenth century, The Three Horseshoes has been at the heart of the community; with the pub providing a place to dine and rest for the night.
Since 1726 its farrier innkeepers replaced the horseshoes of travellers passing through Asthall village.
The interiors draw inspiration from the pub’s history; our team of architects has been mindful to use materials that reflect our local surroundings and design details nod to the craftsmanship of the pub’s farrier heritage.
At the bar we serve snacks and small plates alongside drinks, while our sun-soaked walled garden is the perfect spot to enjoy classic cocktails looking out across the Cotswold countryside.
